By joining the Shilala Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

eligibility & approval

• Affiliates must apply and be approved by Shilala before earning commissions
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion
• Coupon sites, deal aggregators, and incentivized traffic are not permitted commissions

• Affiliates earn a 20% percentage commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link for 365 days from the customer's first referral.
• Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders
• Self-referrals are not eligible for commission

tracking & attribution

• Tracking is cookie-based and subject to standard browser limitations
• Shilala is not responsible for tracking issues caused by ad blockers, cookie settings, or third-party software

payouts

• Payouts are issued after a standard holding period to allow for returns and fraud review
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information
• Shilala is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect affiliate details

promotional guidelines

Affiliates may not:
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health or medical claims
• Represent themselves as employees or official spokespeople of Shilala
• Use Shilala trademarks, brand name, or website URLs in paid search ads without written permission
• Promote Shilala on spam sites, adult content, or illegal platforms

All promotional content must comply with FTC guidelines, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.

termination

• Shilala may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms
• Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity will be forfeited

modifications

• Shilala reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms
